Privacy
WiFiX is operated by Apexia Group Limited. This page covers the WiFiX website and dashboard. When you connect to a venue's guest WiFi, the venue's own privacy notice shown on the sign-in page applies: the venue is the data controller and Apexia processes the data on its behalf.
Dashboard users
We store your Apexia account id, name and email so we can show you the customers you manage, and a log of changes you make (for security and support).
Guests
The details a guest enters, their device's network address, the time of connection and the access point used are stored for the venue for the retention period the venue has chosen, then anonymised. Guests can ask the venue to see, correct or delete their data.
